Lali website is an internet based site that runs an online store and offers its customers product  information and a variety of products for sale.

Lali strives to provide its customers with high quality products and provide the highest customer service.

Anyone who purchases on the site or performs any action, declares and undertakes that he has read the regulations and agrees to all of its clauses.

No use may be made of the site or through it for any illegal purpose.


The images appearing on the site are for illustration purposes only. Due to the fact that the images are displayed on the computer screen / or printed by a computer, there may be differences between the appearance of the product in the image and the product in reality.


Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website


Anyone over the age of 18 who holds a valid credit card from any of the credit card companies in Israel, is eligible to perform a sales transaction on the website.


The purchaser's order or offer to receive services will be accepted provided that all of the following conditions are met:


1. The transaction is approved by the buyer's credit card company.


2. The requested products are in stock.


The address to which the service must be provided is on the company's distribution list.


4. The buyer has a valid email address, unless the purchase was made over the phone.


Typing false personal details is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense.





The prices featured on the website include VAT and do not include deliveries. Prices may vary according to company policy and discretion.

Orders are shipped during business hours, unless otherwise stated.

Sunday-Thursday: 9:00-17:00




Saturday: Closed


The prices on the website, both of the products and of the shipments, include VAT and the company may change them at any time.


In the event that a purchase is made for a package that one of the products is out of stock, the company reserves the right to replace the item with an equivalent item. If you accept the company's offer, your order details will be updated again. If you decide to refuse, all your details will be deleted and your card will not be charged. We carry out ongoing control of the inventory of products offered for sale. When the stock is about to run out, we will notify the consumers or update the number of products left in stock in a prominent place on the website. If after placing an order it turns out that the product is out of stock, due to exceptional circumstances, which were not known at the time of ordering, the site will notify the consumer within a business day and allow him to choose between receiving an equivalent product or receive a full refund.

Product exchange / return policy


Product exchange / return policy:


 A customer is entitled to return or replace the product within 14 business days of receiving the product provided that the product is complete and without any defect /damage and has not been used. Upon receipt of the product at one of the company's branches, we will refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.


Return of a product before receipt in shipment - if the shipment is sent, a shipping fee of 35.00 NIS in each direction will be deducted - a total of 70.00 NIS


 Cancellation of a Transaction:


Cancellation of a transaction will be made within 14 days of receiving the product, or the disclosure document.

When canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or non-compliance of the product, due to non-delivery of the product on the set date, or any other breach of contract, the consumer's money is returned within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, except for 5% cancellation fee or 100 NIS. The product will be returned at the consumer's expense.


When canceling a transaction due to a defect or non-conformity, or due to non-delivery of the product on time, or any other breach of contract, no cancellation fee will be charged, the consumer's money will be returned in full within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.


· The company has the right to pursue legal actions against the consumer due to the devalue of the product.


The company will provide the consumer with a copy of the cancellation notice that the business provided to the credit card company.


Restrictions on the right of cancellation: 


It is not possible to cancel the purchase of products that have been custom designed for the buyer, as well as products that can be recorded, copied and duplicated, or if the consumer has opened the original packaging.


Reimbursements for gift vouchers cannot be made.


Shipping Policy:


The package / product will be sent after receiving confirmation from the credit card company about the execution of the transaction.


Orders placed on Sundays-Thursdays, until 14:00 will be delivered within 3-7 business days at a n additional cost of 35.00 NIS.


Shipping abroad - If you wish to deliver a product overseas, contact Lali for an accurate quote - by sending a WhatsApp message  to the following #: 052-6866792, along with details of the destination address and the selected products.


 During holiday periods and special offers, there may be delays in the delivery of the shipment up to 7 business days, due to congestion at the shipping companies.


An order placed after these hours will be delivered on the next business day. (Business day is defined on Sundays-Thursdays, not including holidays).
